Japanese Corporate Business Group
The Japanese Corporate Business Group was established in 2001. It is the answer to the central challenge faced by all international companies: the integration of different corporate and business cultures. The company’s objective is to support European subsidiaries of Japanese companies with integrated Human Resources Management in each other’s local markets. Our consultants possess several years of international business experience and therefore offer the best foundation for cross-cultural consulting. We speak the language of our clients, not only figuratively but also literally. Our clientele includes countless Japanese subsidiaries throughout Europe.

Since opening our office in Japan in 2006, we have consistently been pursuing our principle of regional presence in a global network. Not only do our consultants know the regional market, they also know the international sector. Our expertise on the Japanese market is a result of our long-term support of Japanese companies and of having advised several subsidiaries of foreign companies in Japan.
