Webinar | 12 November 2026 | 10:00 AM (CET)
In the first session, Michael Kind, Director, Partner and study lead, will present key findings from the Kienbaum Salary Development Forecast 2027. Drawing on responses from more than 1,500 companies—with 1,039 records included in the final analysis—the study covers salary expectations across 41 countries. Michael will highlight developments in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, as well as selected markets in Asia and the Americas, and put the figures into context for international compensation planning.
In the second session, Holger Jahn, Executive Director at Kienbaum, will focus on the EU Pay Transparency Directive. He will discuss the current state of implementation across European countries, the challenges this creates for internationally operating companies, and how organisations can coordinate their response across local markets and central headquarters. The session will also look ahead at key developments to watch in the coming months.
The programme will be followed by an extended Q&A with Kienbaum colleagues from several countries, including Czechia, Italy, the Netherlands and China. This is an opportunity to explore how salary trends and pay transparency questions play out in different markets—and to bring your own questions to local experts.
Join us for evidence-based insights, international perspectives and practical discussion to help you prepare for the 2027 salary cycle and the evolving pay transparency landscape.
